You will need to have a Twilio or Telnyx service and register a 10DLC campaign via Twilio to utilize the SMS messaging service for businesses located in the United States.  For those outside of the United States, there may be necessary registrations required also please check with your local provider(s) for the pertinent information and requirements.

Unfortunately, because our system is set up to provide the discounted rate already on the yearly investment, we can only offer a refund for the service within 30 days of the sign-up.  Anything beyond that timeframe, you can request that we stop the billing in the future for the service.
